Despite some people’s reservations the show was a great hit with the critics and public alike. If you caught the play you can relive the best moments here with some excellent videos of the performance plus insightful articles and other great information.
We have always been a fan of Hamlet, but we have unexpectedly added Jude Law to our pantheon of great Shakespearean actors. We hope the run can be repeated sometime in the future. Michael Grandage did an outstanding job and we would love to see him, Jude and Ross Armstrong back together again soon. Perhaps another Shakespearean tragedy is in order? Whatever they decide we will be one of the first in line. The Broadhurst theatre would make a great choice again, but maybe I’m too nostalgic to recreate those great nights. I would settle for anywhere on broadway.
Until next we see Jude Law strutting his stuff on Broadway I will have to be content with my memories. If you did not catch the show don’t ever pass up the opportunity again, you will be as surprised as I was with the power of Law’s performance.
